Was it the enemy, or was it YOUR own disobedience?

“So will I stretch out my hand upon them, and make the land desolate, yea, more desolate than the wilderness toward Diblath, in all their habitations: and they shall know that I am the LORD.” Ezekiel 6:14 (KJV)
Hey Family,
We serve a merciful and loving God, but we must also remember that He is holy and just. His warnings are never given in vain, and disobedience to His guidance carries consequences. Take a moment today to pause and reflect. Consider the challenges you’ve faced or may currently be enduring. Are you quick to blame the enemy for your struggles? Or could it be that your own disobedience played a role?
Spend time with the Lord today. Ask Him to reveal moments where you strayed from His will and faced the repercussions of it. Sit in His presence, meditate on His Word, and reflect on how He has lovingly corrected you. Repent with sincerity—not just as an act of confession, but as a commitment to change. True repentance means turning away from disobedience and walking faithfully in His will.
Do not approach this lightly. This is not a time to play your own god or rely on your own understanding. Instead, surrender completely to Him. Ask the Lord to renew your heart and guide your steps. Pray that He reminds you of the grace and mercy He has shown you before, and of the places He has delivered you from, so that you are strengthened in moments of temptation.
This is a season of unwavering obedience to the Lord. There is no room to step outside His perfect will for the life He has given you. Trust in His plan, for it is greater than anything we could imagine. May this reflection lead you closer to His heart and deeper into His purpose for your life.
Let this season be marked by trust, obedience, and a bold walk in His will.
